Attorney Bethany Rubin has 17 years of experience in all aspects of civil litigation practice in New York State and Federal Court – including jury and bench trials, mediation, arbitration and motion practice. Ms. Rubin, a graduate from Kenmore East High School, received her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law- Harrisburg, Pennsylvania Campus after completing her undergraduate degree at Binghamton University.
Prior to coming to Andrews, Bernstein, Maranto & Nicotra, PLLC, Ms. Rubin worked as an insurance defense attorney handling claims involving automobile accidents, premises liability, dog bite injuries, and construction site accidents for more than 10 years. Ms. Rubin’s past experience has made her an asset to our litigation team in that she knows what to expect from the insurance companies and can use that knowledge to better serve her clients.
Ms. Rubin is an active member of the Erie County Bar Association. She is also a sustaining member of the Junior League of Buffalo, which is an organization of women committed to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women and improving the community. She has been involved with the Decorators’ Show House and has been a member of its Steering Committee for several past show houses in the Buffalo Area. She is also a former Board Member of Ken Ton Meals on Wheels.
