Our great city was shocked with horror and sadness on Saturday because of a mindless act of hate against African Americans. We mourn our losses as we try to understand what we can do to prevent events like this from happening to other innocent people in the future.
Our prayers and our hearts are with all the friends and family members of the victims and every member of our community that has been negatively impacted by this needless tragedy.
