I had an accident back in April of 2024 and was recommended to see Robert Maranto Sr and his team. They took care of me from beginning to end and ensured that I had a care free experience the entire way. They worked diligently to ensure I was taken care of not only by the law firm but by all parties involved including the health care facilities. They made sure I was treated fairly by the insurance company and everything including payments for loss of work were taken care of in a timely manner. From the moment I slipped and broke my foot on ice and my life came to a halt, I had to make a decision if I was going to let the insurance company offer me a settlement or obtain legal counsel to get what I should be getting for the type of injury I had. I called the biggest firm that’s on the television all the time for bodily injury suits and was so thrown off and mistreated by them from my very first phone call I almost decided not to even go through an insurance company. But then I talked to Bob.He didn’t rush me. He listened to me cry. He understood that someone who worked two jobs and was taking care of her mother, and who had been a single mom with three kids, whose life was always busy and on the go ….had come to a complete halt. So not only was there the pain involved with the break and the surgery I was about to have, but there was the devastation and the depression that I went into of suddenly being dependent on other people, and having to absolutely slow down and do nothing, And wonder who was gonna help with my mother. Hedidn’t talk numbers, he didn’t talk legal jargon, he actually listened to me like I was a person and he spent a very long time on the telephone with me. I had 1000 questions and I was so nervous about taking this route with legal council, but he was patient and probably told me the same thing over and over because I probably kept Questioning the same things over and over. He has made me Cared about me through this whole process and made sure to the best of his ability that the outcome was the best it could be for me, which I feel that it was. I would definitely recommend this firm before I would recommend the big guys on television.

Mr. “Bob,” Maranto handled my case of a slip and fall that resulted a partially crushed vertebrae in my mid back that required surgery. This was an extremely difficult case in that one of my doctors had a student stenographer that took notes during my visit and made a bad mistake concerning how and where it occurred. This made it appear as if I was lying and it gave much fodder for the Home owner’s insurance company. The insurance company didn’t want to pay anything. They were insinuating that I may be committing a fraudulent claim. Mr. Maranto took a very stern stance against the insurance Lawyer and fought him dubiously. Upon settlement Mr. Bob Maranto won the case and the insurance company paid me me a very fair (and generous ) settlement. Mr. Maranto was extremely patient with me and worked miracles overcoming this mountainous obstacle. Mr. Maranto was wonderful in communicating with me , he always promptly called me back when I left a message. I highly recommend him and his firm. I didn’t want to hire one of the high advertising attorneys that are ambulance chasers. Here is the big obstacle, that insurance company was representing a RELATIVE of mine!!! Thanks Mr. Maranto.

I was in a horrible accident with a semi. I had no idea what to do, my pain was getting worse and my insurance company was so confusing to work with. A friend referred me to Andrew Connelly, and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without him. I met with him and he immediately helped me get into doctors and referrals that I was waiting for. He was always available for my calls, even if they were silly or when I was in complete melt down panicking about something. I have never been in as much pain and had to deal with as much stuff ever in my life. At one point I had 9 doctors and was handling 16 medications. Andrew helped me through it all and was there for every step. I would recommend him time and time again. When it came to the lawsuit he walked me through every step, detail by detail so that nothing would surprise me. My lawsuit was not easy by any means, even the mediator said it was one of the oddest and most difficult. But Andrew did his best to make it as easy and less anxious on me as he could. He was able to get it settled for more than we were hoping. He is Superman. As a person, he is genuine, kind, hardworking and understanding. He was easy to talk to and helped explain things in terms I would understand. Even my doctors spoke highly of him and said he was easy to work with. About me, I was hit by a Canadian semi driver, who didn’t stop, and was slammed into the cement divider on the freeway. I had hip surgery and two wrist surgery’s. I to this day have chronic migraines and chronic pain. I still see a few doctors and need lots of monthly visits. Andrew fought to make sure the settlement would cover my future medical bills. They erased the video and said I attacked first. If that was the case, how did I win? By pursing the case to the end with the truth. Why such a long response with case details Mr. Maranto? So far, so good! This law office appears to have it’s stuff together. And I like the fact that they don’t have to advertise like the the the other 2 law firms with the 444444 and the 888888 numbers which tells me they get a lot of word of mouth advertising.
