I’m bedbound with severe MS. I was injured while I was being transferred from my Hoyer lift to my bath chair. Unfortunately my aide forgot to lock the chairs’ seat and the chair slid off the frame and I landed on the floor fracturing my shoulder. Being bedbound I needed a law firm that had to come to my home on numerous occasions to confer with the firm representing the aide agency…Robert Maranto was here without fail every time. Thomas Kotrys was the attorney working on my case. He never got angry if I called to bother him about the case. Greetings, I was represented by Andrew Connelly following a car accident in which I suffered neck and back injuries. I was concerned about short and long term medical care and wanted my best interest represented. Ultimately I needed neck surgery. Andrew at all times was there to provide guidance and advice. I was never involved in a serious accident like this before and did not know what to expect, it is a tremendous relief knowing you are in the hands of a competent professional who has experience in these legal issues. I was in a horrible accident with a semi. I had no idea what to do, my pain was getting worse and my insurance company was so confusing to work with. A friend referred me to Andrew Connelly, and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without him. I met with him and he immediately helped me get into doctors and referrals that I was waiting for. He was always available for my calls, even if they were silly or when I was in complete melt down panicking about something. I have never been in as much pain and had to deal with as much stuff ever in my life. At one point I had 9 doctors and was handling 16 medications. Andrew helped me through it all and was there for every step. I would recommend him time and time again. When it came to the lawsuit he walked me through every step, detail by detail so that nothing would surprise me. My lawsuit was not easy by any means, even the mediator said it was one of the oddest and most difficult. But Andrew did his best to make it as easy and less anxious on me as he could. He was able to get it settled for more than we were hoping. He is Superman. As a person, he is genuine, kind, hardworking and understanding. He was easy to talk to and helped explain things in terms I would understand. Even my doctors spoke highly of him and said he was easy to work with. About me, I was hit by a Canadian semi driver, who didn’t stop, and was slammed into the cement divider on the freeway. I had hip surgery and two wrist surgery’s. I to this day have chronic migraines and chronic pain. I still see a few doctors and need lots of monthly visits. Andrew fought to make sure the settlement would cover my future medical bills. I highly recommend Andrew Connelly and his staff.

Read Lawyers Response: This law firm has recouped $2316 out of $65,000 Award. Asked for $175,000. A human being bit off my eyebrow (intentional tort). The bar had insurance!!! They erased the video and said I attacked first. If that was the case, how did I win? By pursing the case to the end with the truth. Why such a long response with case details Mr. Maranto? If I was in the wrong how’d I get paid a penny!!! 5 out of 5 stars for best lair (lawyer)

I was involved in a three-car car accident at a red light. I was the middle car and rear-ended. I started with a different lawyer in Lockport, NY, but eventually found Rick through a word of mouth referral. I discussed all the issues I was having and he was able to take over my case. It was the best decision I could have made. Rick is passionate, knowledgable, supportive, and he speaks in black and white terms. He never talked down to me or made my case out to seem like I was someone from those irritating commercials. I was treated like a human, always, and I truly appreciated it. My case was different in that it took years to get through with insurance companies, and when I found out I was medically declared permanently disabled, I went back to school. I was getting my master’s by the time it settled. Now that my case is over, he still checks in from time to time, which I think is unique because the case is over and he COULD have just gone on with the rest of his clients, but he really has great customer service skills. Rick is motivated, compassionate, blatant, and will do everything he can while keeping his promises. I will never go to another MVA lawyer, and I direct everyone I know his way!

So far, so good! This law office appears to have it’s stuff together. And I like the fact that they don’t have to advertise like the the the other 2 law firms with the 444444 and the 888888 numbers which tells me they get a lot of word of mouth advertising..the best kind. Also I called one of the 444 and/or 888 numbers and the attorney was very short and rude. After my case I will do a follow up to let you all know how my complete experience was.

After being involved in a rear-end collision, I assumed my insurance company would take care of it, since the other driver was clearly at fault. Unfortunately, I was wrong.
