Robert J. Maranto Jr. is the Managing Partner of Andrews, Bernstein & Maranto, PLLC and has spent more than 30 years representing people injured through the negligence of others throughout Buffalo and Western New York.

Bob began his legal career on the other side of personal injury claims, working in the Insurance Defense and Coverage Departments at Saperston & Day, P.C., where he represented major insurance carriers. That experience gave him an inside understanding of how insurance companies evaluate claims, defend cases, and approach settlement negotiations. In 1995, he left insurance defense to represent injured people and has focused his career on plaintiffs’ personal injury law ever since.

Over the course of his career, Bob has handled thousands of personal injury cases and achieved multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients. His practice includes serious automobile and truck accidents, construction accidents, premises liability matters, and other cases involving injuries caused by negligence.

A lifelong Western New Yorker, Bob believes personal injury representation should remain personal. Bob earned his undergraduate degree from Canisius College and his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law, where he served as Associate Editor of the Duquesne University Law Review and graduated in the top 20% of his class.
