That product could be a wide variety of things. It could be a tire on a car, it could be a break on a car, it could be a coffee pot, or it could be a piece of farm machinery. The whole idea is that it was designed and/or manufactured in such a fashion that it placed the user in an unreasonable position and cause damage.
