Robert B. Murphy

Robert Murphy serves as Practice Manager at Andrews, Bernstein & Maranto, where he focuses on firm operations, team development, process improvement, and creating systems that allow attorneys and staff to better serve their clients.

Robert brings decades of leadership and operations experience to the firm, having held senior management roles overseeing multi-location organizations, large teams, and complex day-to-day operations. Throughout his career, he has focused on building strong teams, improving organizational efficiency, and creating a workplace culture centered on communication, accountability, and mutual respect.

Prior to his civilian career, Robert served four years on active duty in the United States Army, including service as a Noncommissioned Officer in a military intelligence and aviation unit. He earned his bachelor’s degree in management from Park University.

A Western New York native and graduate of Williamsville South High School, Robert now calls Niagara County home. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three dogs, reading, staying active, practicing mindfulness and meditation, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
