Robert B. Murphy

Robert Murphy serves as Practice Manager at Andrews, Bernstein & Maranto, where he focuses on firm operations, team development, process improvement, and creating systems that allow attorneys and staff to better serve their clients.

Robert brings decades of leadership and operations experience to the firm, having held senior management roles overseeing multi-location organizations, large teams, and complex day-to-day operations. Throughout his career, he has focused on building strong teams, improving organizational efficiency, and creating a workplace culture centered on communication, accountability, and mutual respect.

Prior to his civilian career, Robert served four years on active duty in the United States Army, including service as a Noncommissioned Officer in a military intelligence and aviation unit. He earned his bachelor’s degree in management from Park University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Southern Indiana, with an anticipated graduation in 2027.

Beyond his work at ABM, Rob is actively involved in the Western New York community. He serves on the Board of Directors of Be Your Own Hero, a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting young people with career exploration and workforce development opportunities. He also serves on the Advisory Council for Headway of Western New York, an organization supporting individuals and families affected by brain injuries and other disabilities. Through these roles, Robert is committed to strengthening community partnerships, expanding opportunities, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

A Western New York native and graduate of Williamsville South High School, Robert now calls Niagara County home. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three dogs, reading, staying active, practicing mindfulness and meditation, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
