In this matter it was a motor vehicle accident. It was tried to conclusion by one of my partners. More importantly, they had indicated that if the injuries were caused, it was just an exacerbation of a pre-existing condition.

I had an extensive trial before the Supreme Court judge and ultimately in that case the judge came back with a decision that not only were the injuries causally related to the accident, but the plaintiff in this case was entitled to an award of approximately $1.5 million.
