Question:

A 14 year old boy threw a bike on top of a 13 year old girl causing scrapes to her leg, a bump on the head and damage to the bike.  I know the kid is too young to be arrested but are there are other consequences for the physical injury, property damage and harassment?  Also. the older brother of the kid has since messaged me mocking me for reaching out to local parents on a private moms page on Facebook. (I posted trying to track down the parents).

Answer:

The homeowner’s insurance of the 14 year old’s parents may provide coverage for personal injuries and property damage sustained. If the injuries and damage warrant it, you should call a local injury attorney.

This does not consent an attorney client relationship.
